Job Descriptions

• Process payroll related activities and month end, such as garnishments, social security and provident fund contributions and any other payroll payments/deductions. • Handing the compensation, personal data, time attendance records, Payroll and person-hour report for all workers. • Data accuracy and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and up to date company's software related. • Design, Development, and Implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and program including compensation cycle, total rewards benchmark, etc • Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc. • Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll • Responsible for health benefits of employees including health and life insurance, annual health checkup.

Qualifications

Male / Female age not over 30 years
Min. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field
Up to date in Labor Protection Act and Labor Relation Act
Good competency with Payroll software ; Power Vision is preferable
Strong knowledge and understanding of HRIS implementation, configuration, and administration.
Good computer literacy; MS offices (Advance excel).
Strong in communication in English (speaking and writing skills)
Data analytic and accuracy reporting
