Job Descriptions
ทำงานตรวจสอบงานออกแบบอาคาร คิดคำนวณพื้นที่ใช้สอยอาคาร และความถูกต้อง การประชุมกับทางลูกค้า ประสานงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานออกแบบ ประสานงานทีมออกแบบ และทีมเขียนแบบเพื่อให้ผลงานตรงตามโจทย์ลูกค้า และทันการนัดหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตย์ ประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป(อยู่สายงานออกแบบมาพิจารณาพิเศษ)
  2. มี PASSION ชื่นชอบ หลงใหล ในการออกแบบงานอาคาร
  3. มีความซื่อสัตย์ มี mindset เชิงบวก และ ทุ่มเทต่อองค์กรเป็นสำคัญ
  4. ทำงานร่วมเป็นทีมได้ และรับฟังไอเดียของผู้บริหารได้เพื่อดำเนินงานผลงานได้สำเร็จสมบรูณ์
  5. สามารถเขียนแบบงานก่อสร้างจากงานออกแบบได้ และจัดทำแบบยื่นอนุญาตได้
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และทักษะการออกแบบที่ดี ด้านการจัดแสง วัสดุ และมุมกล้อง
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันเพื่อสร้างงานที่ดีได้
  8. วางแผนทำงานตามแผนงานและตรงตาม SCHEDULE TIME ได้
  9. สามารถใช้ โปรแกรม Autocad , photoshop , sketchup , enscape , lumion ได้ดี (ใช้ D5 ได้พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  10. ผู้ที่กำลังอยู่ระหว่างการศึกษาอยู่ทางบริษัทขอไม่รับพิจารณา
