Job Descriptions

- Control production process (Productivity, Quality, Costing, Manpower, Delivery). - Manage the process improvement activities in the factory. - Find a way of protecting & solving the problem, develop, reduce production cost and increase production efficiency. - Review and coaching for productivity, quality, Man and PDCA. - Managing and controlling all costs, including labor and energy and all factory expenses. - Promoting and supporting the implementation of Kaizen ideas from the team members. - Control safety operation, and quality procedures to meet standards. - Other tasks assigned by the Senior General Manager

Qualifications

Male, age between 35 - 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, faculty of Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Production, Plastic, Rubber & Polymer Technology or any relate fields.
At least 8 years of experience at automotive manufacturing.
Having experience in Injection Molding, Compression and Extrusion processes for rubber and plastic will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion and QC7 tools.
Familiar with planning process principles, good analytical skills and high presentation skills.
Strong leadership, hard working, well under pressure, positive thinking, ability to work with cross functional teams and good problem solving skills.
