Swiss Corner Restaurant was founded in 2000 by Mr. Daniel Bachmann. Sammakorn Village took his immediate attention, to open a cosy and stylish Swiss restaurant. With European charm, genuine wooden seating and a lot of small stuff out of Switzerland, he cooked and served international guests during a period of 11 years.
In February 2011, Daniel Limacher took over Swiss Corner Restaurant from its previous owner. He has been working in the culinary business for more than 12 years. So far he has been able to gather experiences in Michelin-Star Restaurants in Zurich and Solothurn. He was working for an Italian restaurant where he learned a lot about Italian food culture. His last position was in a 3-star Museum-Hotel near the capital of Switzerland.
