We believe that the purpose of university-level education is not only to equip students with knowledge but also inspire them to give the “motivation” and equip them with the right skills to perform their best. We envision the world where individuals find the answers to these 3 key questions and it is all aligned “Who they are, What they believe in, and What they do”. We believe that is how we can ensure a meaningful future for all. Currently, we have 2 businesses that are driving our mission. Employer’s branding- How to build an employer brand that has meaning and motivates the potential candidate? As the first credible career advisor, CareerVisa offers an insightful strategic approach to attract millennial talents. Moreover, we provide integrated solution from strategy to execution e.g. organizing recruiting event, assessment day, outreach to universities. Our solution takes integrated point of view in communicating to students both offline and online. Career-readiness training- What are the skills not taught in class but essential in the professional world? The job market is changing and it is not enough to do only the minimum. CareerVisa offers courses and workshops that help improve students career readiness in the area of soft skills, career preparation, and other areas.
