As a Human Resource Manager at Yona Beach Club, your primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance the HR functions. You will work closely with individual employees and department heads to ensure efficient HR operations, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and retention. Yona Beach Club has over 150 employees, making it crucial to manage HR processes effectively. Your main objectives include meeting recruitment targets, expanding our talent pool, devising creative HR strategies, presenting HR initiatives to leadership, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential for continued organizational success.
