- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues (T-ver, GHG, ISO14064-1, ESG verifying) in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with environment team and related department to present customer requirement.
- Keep update about the company’s products, services, and market trends.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for the environmental team.
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
