- Analyze the market and gather information on new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry, focusing on manpower management and human resources. - Maintain relationships with the existing clients and find the new clients, as well as partner companies, to strengthen business opportunities. - Develop and present business strategies aimed at providing manpower services to companies in the oil and gas industry. - Plan and execute projects related to employee skill development - Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet set objectives. - Prepare reports and analyze project outcomes, offering suggestions for improvement. - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that attract target clients.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Project management experiences must be preferred.
Fully fluent in Thai and English for communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business analysis software.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic and changing environment.
