รายละเอียดงาน
-Supports sales order and operations management for SEA region
-Liaise closely with internal operations team (Finance and Supply Chain) to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
-Align with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, and guarantee timely delivery of goods to all customers.
-Coordinates and runs internal sales process, ensuring smooth alignment with the sales team.
-Prepares weekly and monthly reports to monitor sales targets, operational performance and other business performance measures
-Performs forecasting and planning management with Sales Heads from different countries.
-Closely monitors day-to-day sales operations and development to achieve sales pipelines.
-Leads communication and coordination of internal matters with customers
-Ensures commercial and logistical requirements of customer are fully satisfied in an efficient and cost-effective manner
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศ หญิง ชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้า ทีมงาน และฝ่ายต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- มีความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและจัดการเวลาได้ดี เพื่อให้สามารถรองรับหลายๆ งานพร้อมกัน
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการประสานงานการขายหรือกับลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความกดดันสูงและมีเวลาจำกัด
- สามารถตรวจสอบเอกสารหรือข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและทีมอื่นๆ ได้ดี
