รายละเอียดงานThe Operations Coordinator will support various HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, soft-skill training support, and other company engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the oil & gas, energy, or engineering industries who are seeking to develop their career in HR.
Recruitment (80%):
• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process using SuccessFactors, including posting job openings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and communication with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and compliance documentation are completed in SuccessFactors.
• Ensure that all new employee data is accurately entered into the HRIS system (SuccessFactors) and that compliance and onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner.
Training Support (10%):
• Provide administrative support for soft-skill training initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking of attendance.
• Assist in preparing training materials and maintaining training records.
Employee Engagement (10%):
• Support employee engagement activities, including organizing company events, team-building initiatives, and other HR-related activities.
• Help monitor employee satisfaction and assist in collecting feedback from staff to enhance the workplace experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
