The Thai Turkish Business Association (TTBA) was founded on 3rd September 2007, by Thai and Turkish Businessmen who aim to develop opportunities for both countries. Furthermore, it is the only Ministry of Commerce approved (14 / 2550) association that promotes goals between these two countries. Our objectives and policies are stipulated by an Executive Committee; the committee members are made up of executive staff/partners of large Thai companies as well as managing directors of large to small sized Thai-Turkish businesses.
TTBA is closely connected to the umbrella organization of the TUSKON (Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists of Turkey) in Turkey. TUSKON, formed by 7 different regional business federations throughout the country, was established in 2005 in Istanbul. TUSKON is operating as the top organization of associations of businessmen that are serving to make contributions for economic and social development of the Turkey. There are 151 associations of businessmen within TUSKON, which are operating in 80 different provinces of Turkey.
Our Objectives
§ To establish and develop cultural, commercial and friendship relations between Thailand and Turkey;
§ To sustain and classify investment; and
§ To provide the information to businessmen for their further investment and help them for additional problems continuously.
