Sahathai Property & Development Co.,Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sahathai Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd. that has more than four decades of experience as a steel pipe manufacturer, supply quality steel pipe as raw material to various industrial markets in Europe, America, Middle East, Australia and Asia. Sahathai Property & Development Co.,Ltd. also is an affiliated company of Sahathai Terminal Co.,Ltd. that is a multipurpose river port terminal on the Chao Phraya river since 2007, serve varities services ; International Feeder service, coastal barge service, bulk & lighter service, stuffing – unstuffing cargoes service, freezone service, container depot service and CY Logistics yard. In 2013, Sahathai Property & Development Co.,Ltd. was established for develop warehouse and distribution center including modular residence project. Currently, we are developing 2 locations of warehouse projects (Laem Chabang area and Bangplee area) around 400,000 sq.m. We work more than warehouse developer. Regarding to our relative companies, we ensure that we can reach all customers’ requirements; such as supporting logistics function (import – export function, transportation, labour, equipment and yard service.
