Our mission is to be a trusted Asian localization vendor for all Asian languages by year 2020 through the best practice of localization project management. Due to the business extension, we are looking for some suitable qualified candidates for the following position.
Benefits
- Performance: Quarterly, the company shall pay the over performance for employee which will be calculated based on the amount of Performance Salary in a quarter deduct 3 times of Monthly Salary. The Performance Salary is the multiple of Number of TEP word count with Unit Rate (1Baht/TEP word) and Quality Rate. The Performance Salary DO NOT contain overtime word count has been paid. - 13th Month Salary : the staff shall entirely receive 13th Month Salary each year . Over Time Working Rate: For Holidays: 3 times more than normal rate. For Weekdays and Saturdays before or after working hours: 1.5 times more than normal rate. For Sundays: 2 times more than normal rate. Holidays : Follow Thai Holidays ( official for each year ) . And 06 Vacation Leave each year .
