Yunnan Overseas Investment Co.,LTD under Yunnan Construction Engineering Group Col.,LTD, cooperated with Krittaphong Group Co., Ltd established North Nongchan Complex Development Co., Ltd., in April, 2011. In the present time, our company is operating the project of “Vientiane center” which is the first complex and modernized in the capital of Laos Vientiane. The business types in this project include shopping mall, boutique merchandise, cinema, office building, 4-star hotel, premium clubs ,and high-end apartment. The development will be divided into three phases according to plan. In the first phase, we build the shopping mall and office building, which has already opened at the 28th of March. In the second phase, we plan to build parking , shopping plaza & Apartment. As the last phase, we will build Hotel-style Apartments.
