We are looking for colleagues with high ambitions and personal drive to improve with the willingness to provide top-class services, such as
  • Installation of new systems for customers
  • Training newsroom journalists, editors, producers &IT staff at TV Stations
  • Communication via e-mail, telephone hotline, an ticketing system
  • Solving advanced technical problems
  • Controling documentation of individual support cases and bug reporting
  • Communicating with teams in APC, Europe and USA
    • Requirements:
  • MUST BE A THAI CITIZEN
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows (Desktop, Server) & Unix (Linux, macOS) administration
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Experience in database administration and SQL is an advantage
  • Basic programming knowledge is an advantage
  • Training, presentation and good interpersonal skills are advantages
  • Experiences in the previous support role is an advantage
  • Time flexibility (work on shifts, ability to travel on short notice)
  • Good sense of responsibility, reliability, team player and self-development skills and most of all the positive attitude, whatever you don't know, we will teach you!
