Office Manager, Bangkok
The Office Manager is responsible various aspects of support and administration of the ISA Bangkok office, helping to ensure the success of international students studying in Thailand.
Position Requirements:
Full-time position
Thai Citizen
Fluent in Thai and English
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in one of the following disciplines: Hospitality & Tourism, Business Administration, International Studies, Marketing, Education, or Humanities/Liberal arts field.
Occasionally travel within Thailand on planned professional activities

Experience in higher or international education
Knowledge of the United States and U.S. culture
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative
Maintain the ISA Bangkok office, including reordering of office supplies, managing utilities, answering the office phone, and greeting all visitors
Assist in drafting letters and documents in both English and Thai
Prepare and update presentations (including on-site orientation, cultural activities, site visit, etc.)
Be available during office hours to meet with students to discuss their experience, providing assistance as necessary and in accordance with ISA policies and procedures
Regularly update the ISA Bangkok Facebook page
Aid the Resident Director in matters of student support and disciplinary issues
Maintain all on-site printed materials, including the ISA Bangkok On-Site Handbook
Communicate daily with U.S.-based ISA team members to prepare and deliver quality programs
Assist the Resident Director in communicating with the host university on a regular basis
Research accommodations, travel, activities, and other program elements as requested by the I
