Viscofan Thailand is a representative office of Viscofan Industria Navarra de Envolturas Celulosicas S.A. based in Thailand. We serve all customers in Asia Pacific and Oceania area, in term of order processing, sample, claims, technical issues, etc. We are looking for dynamic and responsible applicants to join our team in following position.
Customer Service and Order Processing
Duty and Responsibility:-
•Coordinating with distributors regarding order processing, samples, claims, prices, etc.
•Provide customers with product and service information.
•Handle customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
•Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
•Ensure all documentations are correct and be recorded.
•Support for administrative functions and documentations
•Assist co-worker once required
•Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
•Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Qualification Required-
•Male/Female, age not over 35 years.
•Thai Nationality Only
•Bachelor’s Degree, any field
•Working experience in customer service function would be a plus
•Fluently written and spoken English
•Computer literacy in MS office, internet
•Able to work under pressure
•High level sense of responsibility for service
•Self-confidence, strong interpersonal skill , communication skills
•Self-motivated, service-minded, positive attitude, and healthy
