DHM Estate is the owning company of Hilton Phuket Mai Khao Resort & Spa, the 250-room resort is located on Maikhao Beach, Phuket. The hotel is currently under development and will be completed to open in October 2020. During the next 22 months, the project will be entering into 2 major stages of development: the design stage and the construction stage. The mission of the company during both stages will mainly be coordination work among the international hotel chain, architect, interior designer, other designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Once the construction is completed the hotel will be handed over to the hotel operator. DHM Estate is the Bangkok based company, with other land banks located in major tourist destinations of Thailand, the company aims to develop few other resorts during the next ten years.
