TVA is a space for person-in-between, a normal people who need to make money for ourselves and family, but deep in hearth, we would like to do something good for society and planet. Doing business, we don’t believe in old traditional way which is only focus in making the maximum profit. But we believe in the new paradigm of the triple-bottom-line principle; golden balance of profit, people and planet – nurture our society and planet to be a better living place. We slowly built TVA to be community of good friends. We have our own TVA way to work, to learn, to play and to live together. We try to do self-servicing in many small things, but yet we do many things together; we plant our own farm, we cook our food, We wash our dishes, we take our waste for composing organic fertilizer and we always have lunch together when the bell rings. We love to do things in a simple way, as we believe happy life should be simple. We try to do things a bit slow, so we have time to listen and care for each other. In TVA community, we value our relationship. We quietly wish this small TVA Eco Social Enterprises Community might be a part of change maker, which give some inspiration to the new leaders for nurturing our society and planet for better living place.
