We will start renting out our beachfront guesthouse in Koh Chang from 7th of December. It has 6 bedrooms, a staff bedroom, cafe and a SPA room including sauna. We're looking for a live-in couple (one of them licensed massage therapist) for the following tasks: Requirement: Cafe: Prepare and sell cafes, simple foods, optional set breakfast, fresh fruit juices, coffee, drinks etc. SPA: Massage. You should be licensed massage therapist Guesthouse: Taking care about the guests and villa. Maintenance, cleaning as Housekeeping works for all 6 bedrooms and common areas. Speak English Passionate to work and take care of small charming villa of 6 bedrooms and some facilities within Ability to cook simple menu and drinks etc. Like to mingle with foreigners, proactive manning. Benefits: Private employment by new company, not existing employment contract of our hotels business Salary 13.000 Baht + share in income from SPA and Cafe 1 day off per week Public holidays but not during peak and high season (compensate day off later by pre approval) Working hours: standard is 9 hours a day but we need a full time live and stay inside this villa with other 6 bedrooms guests (like a host of entire villa, not hotel's staff), taking care of guests throughout the day and night (in case if there is anything to take care at night) Contract is renewed every 3 months. Thai nationals with get benefits as standard of social welfare.
