NECON is an economic consulting firm based on rigorous research using data and cutting-edge empirical techniques. We partner with private sector organizations, nonprofit organizations, and the public sector to solve their problems. Past projects have examined the issue of promotion opportunities in a police organization and the effects on performance and employee monitoring programs in the workplace. We plan on hiring research assistants to help with our business.
