Thailand is the largest sportswear market in the South-East Asian region and to cater to the needs of the market, Puma is setting up a full subsidiary, Puma Sports (Thailand) Co., Ltd., taking over the business from the former licensee and distributor. The subsidiary will engage in the sales and marketing of Apparel, Footwear and Accessories via wholesale, own retail and e-commerce channels across the country and will be backed by the global best practices in product development, sourcing, retail operations, technology, and employee engagement. Puma aims to create a distinct identity for itself in the sports and lifestyle market of Thailand.
