Benefits
Housing Allowance: During the probationary period is 160 US Dollar and will become 420 US Dollar upon regularization
Travel Allowance：900$/year | shall be paid in June and December salary
Free Meal: Company provides 3 meals a day, No meal allowance
Company Dormitory: The dormitory has 2 rooms (shared room) and is limited to stay for 3 months; you can choose to stay outside directly when you join the company.
Shuttle: 5 vehicles to and from work (fixed routes only).
Medical Assistance: The company provides medical insurance card, assistance with vaccination registration, monthly fixed testing, provision of drugs/assistance in medical treatment
Annual leave: 15 days of annual leave per year (divided into two)
Sick leave: 2 days of paid sick leave for a full year
Other leaves: Every Christmas + New Year + Lunar fixed 1 day off, other leave: marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave, etc.
