I am a real estate investor, currently running a business of buying condos and houses then renting them out. So far I have bought 10 single family houses with swimming pools, 8 townhouses, and 11 condos in Pattaya. I am focusing on Airbnb as the main venue of short-term housing rental business.

Benefits

The basic salary is 30k plus 3-5% of monthly total rents as bonus, which brings the total monthly income easily over 60k.
