Transferz CS is a dynamic and international team with a presence in Argentina, Croatia, Thailand, India and the Philippines. We are looking for a solution-oriented individual with attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking and communicational skills. What will you do? - Provide outstanding live phone, e-mail and chat assistance through our omnichannel ticketing platform. - Manage journey orders in our internal back office platform. - Efficiently address the operational needs of our travelers, partners and transfer companies. - Handle complaints and investigate refund claims. - Offer relevant input to internal stakeholders based on your front-line experience as the face of the organization. - Assist other departments in their live operational needs. - Contribute to the positive work atmosphere within the team
