Salary: The salary range for this position is between 80K to 110K per month depending on the level of experience. Nestled in the heart of paradise, our state-of-the-art boat offers guests a unique experience where they can escape and enjoy life's best moments. OVERVIEW As a Human Resource Manager at Yona Beach Club, your primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance the HR functions. You will work closely with individual employees and department heads to ensure efficient HR operations, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and retention. Yona Beach Club has over 150 employees, making it crucial to manage HR processes effectively. Your main objectives include meeting recruitment targets, expanding our talent pool, devising creative HR strategies, presenting HR initiatives to leadership, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential for continued organizational success. KEY MISSIONS Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent to meet the organization’s needs. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Employee Relations and Engagement: • Maintain positive employee relations and address any issues promptly. • Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement. • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees. Payroll Management: • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll. • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations. • Handle payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies. Compliance and Legal: • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures. • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in accordance with leg
