The Role:
As our Mixologist, you will:
•Craft exceptional cocktails with a focus on Thai ingredients and tropical flavors.
•Engage with guests, creating memorable experiences.
•Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal cocktail menus.
•Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
•Ensure all beverages meet Chi Beach Club’s high standards.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
•Is already based in Thailand and familiar with Thai culture and flavors.
•Has at least 2+ years of experience as a mixologist or bartender.
•Is passionate about mixology, with a strong creative flair.
•Molecular mixology a bonus
•Speaks conversational English (Thai language is a bonus).
•Works well under pressure and as part of a team.
