Thai Usui Co., Ltd. manufactures precision plastic components for customers throughout the world in the automotive, electronics and electrical appliance industries. The company specializes in two main processes: mold manufacture and injectied plastic production, supplying complex parts primarily to large Janpanese firms, Thai Usui Co., Ltd. likewise ships to North America, Africa and other continents in addition to supplying domestic manufacturers. As an OEM, the company furthermore acts as indirect exporter of its products through other Thailand-based companies.
Established in 1990 and based in Thailand, Thai Usui Co., Ltd. is a Japanese-Thai joint venture among Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed parent company Emori & Co., Ltd. and partner company Usui Engineering Works Co., Ltd.
Thai Usui Co., Ltd. holds certification to international quality standards including ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2002 as well as the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management. Production facilities are located in Ayutthaya, Thailand near Bangkok.
