Job Descriptions

1.Deep analyze to finding true root cause of critical defect and purpose solution for improvement. 2.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, operators and other molding personnel. 3.Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees. 4.Provide new technical support and New solutions to manufacturing processes, improve yield and throughput, drive cost reduction activities and improve on part quality. 5.Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate and shut down process related equipment. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues 6.Work with equipment and material vendors to resolve machine and material issues. 7.Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history. 8.Interact with customers to resolve issues. 9.Implement technical solutions including statistical methodology to meet customer cost, quality, and delivery expectations. 10.Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts. 11.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor as appropriate

Qualifications

B.S. degree in Mold, Plastics or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Must have at least 1-3 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation.(Welcome new graduates)
Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
Have the knowledge and skills of reading 2D 3D drawings, as well as designing products and processes with various engineering system programs that are required.
Self-starter must be able to work with little direction and with a high level of self-motivation.
Ability to manage multiple initial projects of the process of improving and developing a diverse production system.
Good leadership skills and followers, conceptualized in a systematic work process. Have principles, correctness and rationale of operations, as well as be able to explain and communicate to related parties.
Excellent communication abilities (include : computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and recommend options.
Ability to lead others, responsibility may include indirect supervision of process technicians.
