Job Descriptions

1. มีความรู้ด้านประกันภัยรถยนต์ 8 - 10 ปี 2. บริหารทีม Telesales Motor 3. บริหารทีมงานให้สามารถปฎิบัติหน้าที่ได้ตาม Target ที่กำหนด และ บริหารการทำงานของแต่ละทีมให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย 4. ประชุมทีมติดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน และบริหารทีมให้เกิดแรงจูงใจสูงสุดในการทำงาน 5. แก้ปัญหาระหว่างการทำงานให้กับทีม Telesales แต่ละทีมเพื่อให้ทำงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย 6. ริเริ่ม นำเสนอความเห็นวิธีการต่างๆ ในการจูงใจพนักงานให้ทำยอดขายได้ตามที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ 7. ลดอัตราการลาออกของพนักงานในความรับผิดชอบ

Qualifications

Age between 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree (Strong with GPA or higher mathematics subject grades B)
Have worked for at least 4 years in one company within last 5 years.
Leadership skill with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Can Work In The Other Province
