Job Descriptions
- Planning and organizing production schedules. Overseeing production processes. - Monitor production to resolve issues. Ensure output meets quality standards. - Determining quality control standards and Managing Ensure that products are produced on time, high Productivity and are good quality within ISO and other international standard requirement. - Liaise with other Section to formulate objectives and understand requirements. Collaborating with all section to achieve company’s KPIs. - Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.). - Develop & Increase skill for subordinates. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) - Weekly and Monthly Reporting to top management.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female Age average 35 - 45 years.
  2. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer,Metallurgical or related field.
  3. Have working experience in industial plating at least 5 year.
  4. Have knowledge and experience in the plating factory production process
  5. Have knowledge in production management
  6. Have knowledge about quality management systems ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001
  7. Able to communicate in English
  8. Have critical thinking and problem solving skills Planning and management Systematic thinking and leadership
  9. Able to work under pressure
  10. If you have experience in a plating factory, this will be given special consideration.
  11. Solid computer skills, can use computer as well,include Microsoft Word, Excell, Power point.
  12. Control work process Plating, Coating and Geomet, Heat treatment.
  13. Knowledgeable about chemicals.
