Job Descriptions

- To contact overseas and domestic vendors for price inquiry, materials & services procurement. - To negotiate and compare prices, lead-times and payment terms withsuppliers. - Sourcing new suppliers. - To audit suppliers (refer Supplier Audit Plan) - To evaluate suppliers (refer Evaluation & Approved Vendor List (EAV).) - To find 2nd and 3rd sources for direct materials. - To communicate our new requirements to suppliers. - To prepare documents and support customer requirement. - To manage Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders as per Purchasing procedure. - To set and adjust minimum stock level for each stock item according to the period of time, the type of material, the historical usage and the forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree.
Experience 3-5 years in purchasing.
Can communicate in English.
Can communicate in Chinese.
ISO 9001 and GHP.
Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility and good interpersonal skills.
