Company allowance and Welfare

Food allowance 45 (Factory) and 60 (BKK office) baht/day

Shift allowance - Operator 80 baht/day - Leader 100 baht/day - Technician 130 baht/day - Senior Tech. 150 baht/day - Supervisor 200 baht/day

Attendant allowance 500 baht/month

Provident fund 3%

Uniform

Hospital, clinic fee 3,000 baht/person/year (Employee & their spouse and chield by law)

Long service awards 5 years = 5,000 baht and plus 5,000 baht every 5 years.

Life insurance (360,000 / 240,000 / 120,000 baht/person) depend on the job.

Annual check-up 1 time/year

New year party 1 time/year
