Job Descriptions
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. 2. Bridge the gap between user needs and technical solutions. 3. Design, develop, and document system specifications (functional specifications, user stories, use cases) using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. 4. Work with developers to ensure technical feasibility and system architecture aligns with requirements. 5. Create clear and concise user manuals and training materials. 6. Conduct system testing and identify areas for improvement. 7. Partner with technical lead to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. 8. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (a plus).
  2. 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
  5. Proven ability to document complex systems and processes using UML, SDD (System Design Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification).
  6. Experience with system development methodologies (waterfall, agile).
  7. Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  8. Experience with web application development (a plus).
  9. Experience with data modeling (a plus).
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  13. Positive attitude and a zest for tackling new challenges.
